Meet the Doctors

A Family Practice, Literally

Dr. Peter Kulka founded this practice in 1982. Today his sons Dr. Dennis Kulka and Dr. Connor Kulka carry the tradition forward — three generations of Kulka dentists caring for the South Shore.

Peter S. Kulka

D.D.S. — Founder

Earned his dental degree from Northwestern University Dental School in 1982 and has practiced full-time ever since. Part-time faculty at Boston University Dental School for 18 years. Served 16 years in the U.S. Armed Forces, including deployments to Operation Iraqi Freedom I & II, and has served as Commander of the American Legion in Norwell for over 13 years. Father to Dennis, Connor, and Stephen — all dentists.

Dennis P. Kulka

D.M.D.

Graduated cum laude from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine, with a Biology degree from Rollins College. Completed an externship in endodontic and surgical management of compromised teeth at Brockton Neighborhood Health Center. Invisalign® certified, and a member of the American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society.

Connor R. Kulka

D.M.D.

Grew up in Norwell, MA and graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dental Medicine. Completed a General Dentistry externship at Fort Myers Community Health Center before joining the family practice. Member of the American Dental Association and Massachusetts Dental Society. Enjoys baseball and mixed martial arts.

Dawn Matterazzo

Registered Dental Hygienist

Began as a dental assistant in 2002, then earned her dental hygiene degree from Cape Cod Community College in 2013. With the practice since 2018.

Kaitlyn Adduci

Registered Dental Hygienist

Earned her Dental Hygiene degree in 2011 from Cape Cod Community College. Became a patient of the practice at age 10, long before joining the team.

Erika Laflamme

Registered Dental Hygienist

Graduated from a dental assisting program in 1987, then from the Forsyth School for Dental Hygiene in 1993. Loves creating a comfortable, friendly experience.

Lisa Kerr

Registered Dental Hygienist

A graduate of Cape Cod Community College's Dental Hygiene program with over a decade of experience, known for her gentle care and personal touch.

Samantha Woods

Registered Dental Assistant

Supports the doctors chairside to keep every visit running smoothly and comfortably for patients.
